SHIPPING

International orders will be shipped with DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with tracking number.The shipping rates are not inclusive of any duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered.

EXCHANGE

Purchased items are not exchangeable. Please return the item for a full refund and purchase the preferred item separately.

RETURN

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost. The item should be returned within 7 days after receiving the delivery. Please contact us at info@coughinvain.com and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted. We are not responsible for the damage or loss of any items in transit back to COUGH IN VAIN.

REFUND

Once we received your return, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please note that it can take up to 15 business days to process the refund. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
